Poor Thing

First I want to say, I don't hate pets, just mentally challenged pet owners. And though, I can't help myself but laugh, I'm slightly saddened by the stupidity of this lady at work. This lady was out for a couple days so I just asked if she was on vacation. Her teammmates were like "oh no, you didn't hear..her puppy died"

"Oh no, seriously?"

"Yeah, she was driving with her windows down, and went around the bend really fast, and the puppy flew out the window and died."

"Uhm, excuse me! How the hell did that happen?"

"Well she had it on her shoulder petting it, when she got the bend in the road she needed both hands to steer, so she let go of the puppy, and when she did, it FLEW out the window!"

The poor puppy, but can you visualize this happening, or being the person behind her seeing a puppy fly out the window?

Nothing makes me angrier than stupid pet owners. My boss treats her 9-month old toy poodle like a person. Also? it eats steak because "Just the smell of dog food makes Tinkerbell turn up her nose."

Yeah, her name is Tinkerbell.

Man, it's a sick world when poodles are eating better than starving people!

Do you tease her and call it Stinkerbell?

Um, yeah, I call that POS dog "Stinkerbell" all the time. Because my boss brings that crap dog to work every day.

Amanda - People are nuts when it comes to their pets!

Kristine - Yes, and as its surrogate mother, I'm so depressed my neck nipple stopped producing milk. boo hoo.

Boozie - Uh, there's a few fish on desks around here, but bringing pets to work is frowned upon. Do you work at a zoo?

insanityiscreativity - kinky! It's definitely one HUSH(ed) Puppy.

Sharron - Welcome to the site, and thanks for commenting!! I was laughing so loud when they told me, I didn't even feel bad for the pup till later. I know insensitive. I ran over a raccoon a few weeks ago and I can still remember the thud and just feeling like..."I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do it. WHY did you run under my tire?"

my cousin had 3 dogs that were like her kids. she called them "kids", trained them enough to follow commands.. course they were smart dogs.. aussie sheepdogs they were.. wonderful pets.. they loved me as much as i loved them...my cousin and her husband knew where to draw the line..the never went overboard.. unlike the "stupid pet owners".. lol

Bullet - It's always nice to see people that love their pets without going insane. There's another lady at work that didn't have kids (by choice) so her and her husband have 10 cats they treat BETTER than kids. They're rich, so they actually bought a Lexus for the "Cat Nanny" to drive the cats to the vet. They installed heated granite floors so their cats' feet won't get cold. ..Speaking of overboard. LOL

Becky - Nah, I'm not a pet owner anymore. I had one dog that I loved as a youngin' - a golden retriever - once she was gone all pets I had after that were just poop factories. But there are some comedic stories of some of the other pets...(future blog topic :)
